These rules relate to "reimbursed programs of vocational-technical education" under Section 61a (Added Cost funding).

The proposed would remove or revise outdated terminology to align with the Revised School Code and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), clarify language added to the initial evaluation process, fix an incorrect rule reference, rescind a rule no longer needed, and clarify other confusing language.
