R 28.911  Adoption of federal standards.
  Rule 1.  The provisions of 49 C.F.R. SS571.209 and 571.210 are  adopted  in 
these rules by reference for safety belts and restraining devices.  Copies of 
the provisions may be inspected at the  offices  of  the  special  operations 
division, traffic services section, department of state police.   Copies  may 
be obtained at a cost as of adoption of these rules of $5.00  for  the  first 
page and $1.00 for each page thereafter from the Department of State  Police, 
714 S. Harrison Rd. E. Lansing, Michigan 48823, of from the Superintendent of 
Documents, Government  Printing  Office,  Washington,  DC  20402,  (telephone 
202-512-1800), at a cost as of the time of adoption of these rules of $49.00.
